Refund/ Replacement Policy
We follow an easy return policy. Our policy lasts 3 days. You can contact us by whatsapp or call at +91-9354787871 or email at sales@Shreejivastralaya.com. within 3 days for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error from our end (e.g. wrong item).
In case you want to return the product for reasons not mentioned above we hold the right to either approve or reject your request. There will be a deduction of certain amount based upon freight charges and pincode location.
Once your request for return/exchange is processed, we will arrange for pickup of item from your address. Once item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inspect the item if it is damaged or is not what was originally ordered then we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If item is returned in original condition, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your bank account details or UPI details and will refund amount within 3-5 days.
(We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item)
We recommend that you make a video of unpacking the item for defective/damaged items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Although, it rarely happens but in case you didn't received refund amount, you can contact us by whatsapp or call at +91-9354787871 or email at sales@Shreejivastralaya.com and we will process refund in urgent manner.
Exchanges

Shipping
We will arrange for pickup for return items. We will share the pickup details via email and SMS/WhatsApp.
