2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2.2 Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

2.3 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and ShreeJi Vastralaya will occur when the products are dispatched to you.

  1. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices on our website are in INR and include applicable taxes.

3.2 ShreeJi Vastralaya reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Payment can be made using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI or through cash on Delivery.

3.4 All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping costs will be added to your order and are calculated at checkout.

4.2 Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. ShreeJi Vastralaya is not responsible for delays caused by Courier/postal delays.

4.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
